Serg Ko: from author sketch to physical prototype

Flagship AI Sculpture case

Author-led sculpture / GVA system

Serg Ko creates the artistic idea, sketch and final plastic decisions. GVA builds the visual research, AI-assisted prototyping, 3D development, draft print workflow, brand and digital presentation system.

Serg Ko: from author sketch to physical prototype

Authorship

The system starts with the master's idea.

The starting point is an original sketch by Serg Ko. GVA does not replace the author or claim authorship of the sculpture.

GVA turns the artistic direction into a controlled working system: research, visual variants, mesh selection, Blender assembly, draft print workflow and digital presentation.

  • The artistic idea, original sketch, plastic direction and final decisions belong to Serg Ko.
  • GVA is responsible for the research, digital and prototype workflow.
  • AI is used as a tool for search and acceleration; authorship remains human.

Visual research

GVA explores directions from the author's sketch.

These materials show the search for possible forms and plastic directions. They are visual variants prepared by GVA from Serg Ko's author idea, not separate artworks or documentary photographs.

Approved direction

One approved direction from silhouette and detail.

The overall silhouette and plastic details were combined into a direction approved by the master before moving into 3D development.

Overall silhouette. Component of the approved direction: sculptural mass and readable silhouette.

Brand & Digital Platform

Name, logo motion, website and visual archive.

GVA formed the digital platform and visual archive of the project as a basis for presenting works and future communication. This is not a claim of active social-media management.

The logo animation is part of the identity system. With reduced motion, a static poster is shown.

Mesh research

AI-generated elements, not finished sculptures.

At this stage GVA selects and checks separate mesh materials: body, head, details and possible plastic elements. Each file is part of the form search, not a final object.

Blender assembly

From separate meshes to a controlled working model.

The exploded view and assembled model show the technical proof: GVA assembles elements, checks form, mass, composition and prepares the model for the next production step.

Draft print

The rough 3D print process is documented.

The source process video confirms the real rough 3D print process. The page currently uses a light poster/fallback: a separate production web-video is needed so the 669 MB source is not loaded.

A separate photo of the finished rough prototype, physical review by the master and final prototype are not yet documented for the public case.

Confirmed documentary materialDraft 3D print process

The documentary source exists but is not connected to the page because of its size. A short web version is needed instead of the 669 MB source.

Physical boundary

What is documented, and what remains the next stage.

After the rough print is reviewed, the approved file may be handed off for final printing. The final prototype is received by the sculptor. A next production stage may include stone, bronze or another material, but GVA does not claim independent final manufacture without documentary proof.

Visual archive

Presentation visuals for future communication.

These images are approved as presentation visualization, visual archive and concept material. They are not documentary photographs of produced objects and do not prove manufacture in bronze, stone or another material.

What GVA built

A repeatable system, not a single output.

Naming and identity

The Serg Ko name, logo presentation and visual identity of the project.

Digital presentation

Website direction, homepage screen and presentation system.

AI / mesh research

Selection and testing of mesh materials for form development.

Blender assembly

Composition of separate elements into one working 3D model.

Draft print workflow

File preparation and documented rough 3D print process.

Next production handoff

Preparation of the approved file for the next production stage.

Author and system

Serg Ko leads the artistic decision. GVA builds the working route.

Artistic authorship and final decisions remain with Serg Ko. GVA is responsible for research, digital assembly, prototyping, brand and presentation system that help the idea reach the next confirmed stage.

Next step

Discuss a sketch or a form

If you have a sketch, plastic idea or unfinished form, GVA can help define the next stage: visual research, 3D development, physical prototype or digital presentation.
